冰箱這隻煎蛋鍋是從奇摩拍賣買回來的,記得一隻900多元,日本製。
現在市面上的煎蛋鍋都有防沾處理,跟舊式的鐵鍋比起來,在操作
上比以前來得容易得多。其實只要利用一雙筷子跟飯匙做輔助, 煎蛋
真的還滿容易的說。

1.將所有材料在碗裡打散,如果要做吻仔魚口味,則不需加入烹大師。
因為吻仔魚本身已經有鹹度,加入其他調味料怕過鹹。

2.小火熱鍋,並刷上一層薄薄的油。注意油不要多,刷完再用紙巾吸
去多餘的油。

3.鍋熱後在鍋內倒入一層薄薄的蛋液。

4.將蛋皮由裡往外捲。

5.將捲好的蛋皮往裡面推,再倒入一層蛋汁,以下重複步驟2。
