香菇雞湯相信大家應該很熟悉,但是
"乾的"香菇雞,各位一定沒有吃過吧?
嗯,因為我也沒吃過XD
因為心裡一直想把香菇雞做成不是湯
的一道菜,思考很久,突然想到那就
用一樣的食材,加上雞高湯來燒。
雞湯我是用罐頭的,本身已經有鹹度,
不添加其他調味料的狀況之下來燒,
沒想到成品竟出乎意料好吃,給大家做參考!
材料:
1.花菇數朵。
2. 雞翅腿8~10根。
3.雞高湯1瓶。
4. 青蔥1根。
做法:

1.花菇用熱水泡開之後,入鍋跟雞湯一起煮沸。

2.加入雞小腿。

3.小火慢慢煮至湯汁收乾,最後加入一點米酒,續煮10分鐘之後即可起鍋。

花菇除了替料理增加鮮味之外,煮好的花菇也很美味喔。

最後的米酒,是利用酒精的滲透壓,把雞湯的味道煮進去雞肉裡面。
