廢話不多說,今天就來跟大家分享如何用微波爐「蒸」柳葉魚!說真的,我寫這篇文章的時間,還比做這道料理久很多...XD

Without further ado, today I'm going to share how to "steam" Shishamo (Willow Leaf Fish) using a microwave! Honestly, it took me much longer to write this article than to actually cook the dish... XD
柳葉魚又有俗名「喜相逢」,一般大家吃到的版本不是裹粉油炸就是燒烤。因為這個魚基本上都是冷凍貨,冷凍的魚貨難免鮮度會流失一點,所以補強的方法就是用一點點味精。如果不喜歡或不能吃味精的,則建議大家可以放一點**醬鳳梨**或是**破布子**代替也行。如果加上述兩樣,那鹽巴就可以酌量或是不放,以免過鹹。
真的善用科技就是無敵快,不會燒開水的也能做。吃柳葉魚最怕煮後魚蛋沒熟透,大家看微波爐的功力是這樣,就別擔心了!

⚠️ Safety Note: Some might worry about plasticizers when heating plastic wrap. You can use microwave-safe wrap, or if you're still concerned, simply use another plate or bowl upside down as a lid. However, the seal won't be as tight, so you might need to slightly increase the cooking time.
